Fees and Insurance

At Lakepointe Chiropractic, our office participates with most major insurance companies including but not limited to:

If you are involved in an automobile accident or work related injury you will also have benefits through either of those insurers. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance benefits. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance, flexible payments can be arranged.
